- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I leave the quote as "more information needed for pricing" because I believe in perfectly customizing my services to fit YOUR exact needs. I DO NOT charge by the hour because I don’t believe in a quick fix or a "one size fits all" service. I want you to leave the experience knowing more about the best way to dress your body I'm here to listen to your style goals & challenges and to offer the best solution!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. FREE DISCOVERY CALL I want to learn about YOU, your personality, style goals and challenges. Your wardrobe should serve your lifestyle. What does that look like for you on a daily basis? Most importantly, I want to learn how you want to feel in your clothes. Confident? Sexy? Comfortable? This conversation will be the baseline for building your dream wardrobe. Based on your style goals, I'll offer the service(s) that are the best fit and include ALL the details about the process, pricing and shopping budget. We'll schedule our first appointment for your wardrobe review! 2. WARDROBE REVIEW During our relaxed Wardrobe Review, we will go through the clothing, shoes and accessories you already own. We will discuss brands you like, take measurements and I'll create a strategic shopping list of the basics, essentials and investment pieces that will round out your wardrobe. To capture your style inspirations, we will start a Private Pinterest Board. 3. LET THE FUN BEGIN! Based on the services chosen, we will schedule our next appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Previous to starting MJB style solutions, I was as a Visual Merchandiser for over a decade on both a Regional and National level. My responsibilities included creating outfits for women, men and kids for store presentations, press photo shoots and individual clients. I enjoyed the ability to serve others by helping them look in such a way that their inner confidence was more palpable. Dressing people of different sizes, shapes and lifestyles has sharpened my ability to style any client. Combining my BA in Economics (Rutgers, Unv.) and experience in all aspects of fashion retail from design, to production, in store presentations and customer service, I was thrilled to be able to build a business that not only allows me to help others but helps others gain the most value for their time and money.
