This review was a surprise to me since it stands in stark contrast to the feedback and interaction I had with this client on the dates of service. I provided bridal services for this client with less than one day's notice. She advised me that I had exceeded her expectations and achieved the look she requested during the trial. During the trial, I documented all processes and products, in order to replicate the clients look. She again was completely satisfied and more-so was delighted in her appearance. Prior to the application, I inquired of known allergies and present information regarding products that may be irritants for sensitive skin. She advised that she had no allergies to any makeup products to which she signed a medical release of liability as part of my standard procedure. When she contacted me regarding her reaction, a few days after her wedding day, I immediately apologized for the reaction she was experiencing and reiterated cleaning and sensitive skin procedures and offered my assistance in whatever way I could. I follow strict sanitation practices with all my products. I believe she had a reaction to the latex based lash product used for her false lashes, which I informed her was likely the cause. However, she then informed me, after the fact, that she has had similar reactions to certain mascaras in the past. I offered some further tips and advice to try and resolve the problem. I later tried to contact her to follow up regarding her lashes, but she did not reciprocate calls or messages.
