Kevin was a life saver for our situation and our family. LIFE SAVER! He responded and was at our home for our extermination service within 24 hours; whereas, another company had me waiting to exterminate bed bugs that had been transferred to our home for almost 2 weeks! No, no, no. Who can live with that much anxiety for 2 weeks! Kevin had our situation handled in a very professional manner AND before Christmas! He was very knowledgeable and understanding.
