- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always compare other service providers to keep competitive and can work with your budget. We typically run at $150/hr, and have specially designed packages for weddings. We will always try and work within your budget and can offer discounts on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will run through your event in detail and provide guidelines and checklists when required - especially for weddings and corporate functions as we've got many years of experience and hosted 1000s of different events so we know what works well and what doesn't. We always visit a venue before the event if we're unfamiliar with it's location and layout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been DJing for over 30 years so I can cater for anything from the 60s to the latest EDM and chart music. I used to work for a sound and lighting company and installed various systems in many venues so I learnt about the equipment and technology and how everything works together.
