FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer standard hourly billing rate, reasonable retainers and in certain circumstances, flexible payment plans. Additionally, some cases I am able to handle on a flat fee basis but this is on a per case basis. Like most attorney's I will handle select personal injury cases on a contingent fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking the time to speak with them about their case and most importantly, their individual needs. Most clients are busy working, I offer the option to have an initial consultation over the phone if desired. Additionally, if the client wishes to retain me I offer the ability to email the appropriate documentation with signatures and I can accept retainer payments remotely as well. From time to time I do have client's that have the time to handle everything in person, which is always an option. My firm focuses on customer service and making a difficult situation no more difficult than necessary. We will do our best to accommodate your needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed to practice law in Florida and Colorado. I have over 15 years of relevant legal experience and I was a former Public Defender. I have handled criminal cases, family law cases, personal injury cases, construction defect cases and general civil litigation.
