- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on various things, including but not limited too, complexity of design, and custom apparel. I usually charge an initial design fee, that is a one time fee and is good for the length of time the design doesn't change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask a variety of questions, including if they have an idea in mind and everything. Some customers come with me with a blank slate in their head and others have everything worked out but the digital design itself. i just want to ensure the customer is happy with the end product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of hands on experience. I am always willing to try new ideas, concepts, and am always looking for more ways to expand what we are capable of doing.
