FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Many projects are quoted by the job so you know the price up front. There are a few instances where it is impossible to estimate a job may take, in which case we would use the hourly rate. One example of this would be something like furniture assembly or swing set assembly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to give a ballpark estimate via text, email, or phone when possible so that I'm not wasting your time and then if it's something the customer would like to follow through with I can schedule a date. Usually I am booking the following week, but in some cases same-day service may be available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was formally trained in Landscape Design and Construction and also have approximately 17 years of experience in residential construction. My experience includes remodels, outdoor kitchen and patio projects. I have done facility maintenance for 5 years and I also built my own home in 2014.
