I hired Greener Steamer to clean a carpeted basement room and a large tiled entryway. Rob helped me move several items out of the way before he was able to begin work, and worked around a heavy piece of furniture. The quality of the carpet cleaning was excellent-- it completely got rid of the dog smell from the previous owners, and I appreciated the use of green products. Where Rob really earned the five-star rating, though, was in the entryway tile job. This surface turned out to be very difficult to properly clean due to a thick waxy sealer that had been applied by previous owners. After his initial cleaning, the old sealer was flaking up and did not look good. Rob was great about keeping me informed of this and other issues with the floor as they arose, and went above and beyond his normal job description in order to properly clean this challenging floor. In addition to caring deeply about the quality of his work, Rob is very professional and has great integrity. I absolutely recommend that you hire him!
