- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls are 85.00. This covers the first hour. Most parts are given a flat price estimate. Estimates for installations are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually get phone calls and ask what they need(repair service,installation,sales,or general information about their hvac needs) We quote prices,explain payment methods, and set up appointments. We are available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certified, Trained at top quality HVAC schools, Up to date training monthly by all Techs in modern equipment.
