- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally our price Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm diagnostic call cost $49.99. Evening or emergency call we charge $89.99.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself. I ask for there name and how I can help. I ask for information about the unit and what problems you're having.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified technician thru the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency). I also have certifications in Electricity HVAC/R, Residential Electricity, Residential and Commercial HVAC.
