FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work closely with our customers to determine what makes the most sense for the project. Some projects are hourly, others are fixed price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically things start by learning what the customer wants done and the desired end state of the project. We discuss what type of metals and materials are involved with the project (steel, aluminum, stainless etc). Figure out where the work would be done at (on site vs at the shop). We discuss time lines for when the project must be done by and discuss time and dates when the work can be done. If everything above is a good fit for both parties we go into detail about the project such as amount of materials, designs, measurements, review any pictures, estimation of labor hours and any needed material. This information is used to give an estimate to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
