Brian did a great job with our home inspection. He took his time to answer all of our questions and is very educated on all aspects of a home. We are moving out to the country where we have never had to deal with a well, septic, oil and propane. We feel a lot more confidant in the home we are purchasing. He had the report done up in 4 hours. Was very honest about well water testing and the prices on him doing it vs us doing it. Brian was helpful, honest, patient and professional. There were a few things we needed fix and he even offered to go back to the home to make sure it was truly fixed.

Brian did an excellent job! He showed up early, completed a thorough inspection, and provided valuable insight, not only into the inspection findings, but also had a wealth of knowledge suggestions about preventative home maintenance.
