- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our service based on the amount of junk needed to move. For the most accurate quote, please have a photo of the junk you're needing gone ready.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you pick Big Tex for your Junk Removal needs, our goal is the make the process as smooth as possible. First, we will request a photo of the junk that you're needing gone. Then, we will give you a price quote and ask when the best time for you to have us over. Finally, we will come pick up the junk. It's easy, while a crewman is cleaning up the work area. You simply pay the driver for the services we just performed. We accept Cash, Debt Cards, and Credit cards. We do charge a fee of 3% for credit card transactions. We do not accept checks.

Big Tex Junk Removal LLC is fully insured and is registered with the state of Texas to do business.
