- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a service fee of $125 -295 depending on location. This includes truck charge and 1st hour of diagnosis. We are highly competitive in our area and are willing to look at anybodys quote and give them a second opinion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the issue over the phone. Our office staff will assess the information recieved and proceed to scheduling. Our goal is to resolve and efficiently fix our clients issues relating to heating, cooling and ventilation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified with EPA. We have all proper insurance necessary to work in our industry in NYC and the surrounding area (liability, workers comp, and disability insurance) All our technicians and service managers are OSHA trained and certified.
