- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TEMPORARY DISCOUNTED PRICE IN QOUTE! 😀 Personal Training: 1 person $100, 2 people $115 Yoga: 1 person $100, 2 people $120 * *All you need is minimum space for an exercise mat, Skype, Hangout, or FaceTime on a phone/tablet/computer, an exercise mat and a pair of dumbbells. *The payment needs to be completed before the session is officially booked and I do have a cancellation policy in which the session is paid for if the session is cancelled less than 24 hours. If you don’t want the session, give me notice and do not ghost me or you will be charged. *The rate for this service is by the session which is an hour. *The first session is not free due to high demand, travel time, and expenses. *Please allow at least 48 hours to book a session, preferably 1 week. Booking on the same day as your request may be difficult due to high demand. *You can decide to pay per session each time or pay weekly for all the sessions at once. I don’t expect people to buy several sessions ahead of time, you are free to take as many or as little sessions as you want. *I’m sorry, I don’t offer packages which also mean you do not need to commit to several sessions at once but pay as you go. Book one session to try it out without making a commitment! *Fixed Price for regular sessions that take place at your home or your apartment gym. But you don’t need a gym! 💪🏼 *My price is based on the extras I include such as fitness and nutrition assessments, continuous health education and counseling, my MA and CHES title, my certificates, my years of experience, my personal training insurance, transportation and distance, and the high demand for my services. Thank you for understanding. :) *All sessions include a fitness assessment, body fat% scan, and nutritional guidance. *I use QuickPay, Venmo, CashApp, or you can use cash or a check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients with not only learning their specific goals and needs but by understanding their personality too. I'm a people person so it's important for me to connect to each client and find what methods of motivation work best for them to succeed. The first session I go over any health issues and risks. If requested, I will go through assessments in the first session such as body fat percentage, body circumference, blood pressure, heart rate, nutrition, etc.
