- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to send you a price that's inclusive of all the minor things that will come up so you are not consistently getting change requests to fix minor issues. Unfortunately, not everything can be covered and when they are not, I'll communicate those issues directly to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing construction for over 20 years on both my own residential and commercial properties. I rent many subsidized properties in the area and are fully aware of the HUD standards to complete work as required. I also work on flipping homes and building properties to a very high standard to get top dollar for these properties. My experiences will help guide you to the type of work you want completed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a kid, I worked with my uncles on their home renovations and my father's commercial property that was damaged by a fire. For the past 20 years, I've been working on my own residential and commercial properties.
