- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at LIH we strive to provide our clients the most inexpensive means of construction without compromising quality and perfection. Over the past decade we have established a very close relationship with community material suppliers of drywall and paint supplies and that relationship has provided us with discounts that we pass onto our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a request is made, an LIH representative will reach out to you for more information on the project being sought and we will schedule a site visit to gather site information and measurements. Once all the necessary information is gathers for material purchasing, LIH will either look towards pulling permits for the work or schedule a time for conducting the work.
