- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge any up front fees or costs. We only get paid if you make a recovery on your case. If you do receive a settlement or judgment, our attorneys fees will range from 33 1/3% to 40%, depending on when the case resolves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will first get a free, no-obligation case consultation with a lawyer, not a case manager. The lawyer will then answer your questions and evaluate your case. If you have an injury case that we can help you with, we will sign the contingency fee contract. This means you do not pay anything unless you make a financial recovery. If you do receive a settlement or judgment, our attorneys fees will range from 33 1/3% to 40%, depending on when the case resolves. Once we sign the contract, we begin working on the case immediately. We gather your medical records, put together a team of expert witnesses to increase your case value and we begin negotiating with the insurance company.

Born in Miami, Michael Brevda is a true South Florida native. Mr. Brevda received his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida.
