Justin was the third person who came to my house. Call Two other people both had no idea what to do with a 1986 propane insert. Justin was able to get it working and told me I need a new valve. He was able to order one if I want to replace the whole thing with modern energy, efficient, propane insert. We decided to go with a new one and replace the whole thing because I know after going through this Justin was the only one who knew how to deal with this 1986 one. There are not enough adjectives to describe Justin with this experience. Punctual, professional, and good price knowledgeable with his trade trust worthy… I might add that I started getting ads on social media about ventless fireplaces. I looked at an ad and compare the price for the same amount of BTUs of eventless one Justin installed. It was $700 more and has all of the same remote control features that ours does.

Justin's customer service is exceptional!! He communicated prior to the appointment and was right on time. He immediately got to work cleaning and servicing my gas fireplace that had stopped working some time ago. He made sure everything was seamlessly operating and even swapped out the decorative switch which he discovered had also broken over time and was not properly working. Our fireplace is now working perfectly and looks cleaner and the best it's ever looked!! Thank you Justin for your professionalism and expertise!! Highly recommend Hearth N' Soul!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Annual Gas Fireplace Service is required to keep you're gas fireplace running efficiently and safely. Each service is a full safety inspection, cleaning of the entire unit, repair if needed, and a one year warranty. Parts that need replacing are replaced at cost, which means you pay what I pay for parts. There are no travel fees or moving fees involved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Factory Trained in R.H Peterson, Empire, Mendota Hearth, Travis Industries, and Valor Products. Experienced Servicing all other brands including Heat & Glo, Majestic/Monessen, Everwarm, and many others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many residential clients and customers. Older, younger does not matter. Also I have customers in the Hotel industry up and down the East Coast.
