Art was great! I was having a very small wedding and he provided me the exact services I asked for. Art went out of his way to contact the hotel to make sure all the necessary power equipment was in place and was there to answer any questions i had. We provide all pricing upfront with a written contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would ask and try to understand what is our customer looking for and provide the explanation of services we provides. So, there won’t be a hidden or unexpected charges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our DJs are college graduates with Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Two of the members are Electrical Engineers, which adapt well with today’s DJ equipment, software, and lighting technology. One of our members is a Sound Engineer.
