- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done by the pest you are encountering and by square footage of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first encounter includes an introduction and is then followed by an inspection of the area where the problem is occurring. Generally, the focus of the inspection is at that area of concern and then we work our way around the structure from there. We will then create a plan of attack and overview the treatment with you to make sure you understand what we are doing, why we do it, and why it is effective. After the treatment is completed we will review the treatment, what to expect, and answer any additional questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and receive ongoing training from both The Ohio State University and Purdue extensions. We also perform monthly in-house training to keep our technicians updated on the most up to date methods and technologies available in the industry.
