Neil responded within 30 min, came out next day, & was able to Get the door ordered and work done 2 days later. Several months ago, I gift a quote for over 5K, Neil & Up & Up got it done for $3800.

Enrique came and quickly fixed our garage door. He was prompt, very personable and thorough. After he completed the job and left, I noticed we were still having a bit of an issue. I called Enrique and even though he was already on his way home, he turned around and came back to be sure the door was working properly. Neil was a professional. He troubledshot my issue and was able to identify and repair my issue within 5 minutes. He went the extra mile in checking the bulb for the garage door and recommended a better type of bulb to maintain the life of garage!
