- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to be fair. I’m not going to charge a high price just because I think I can get away with it. I may not always be the lowest bid, because I respect our honest hard work...but I won’t ever take advantage just because I think I can squeeze more money out of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the person face to face, access the problem on site, and work with the client personally. Keeping a good client relationship and doing a job correctly are my top priorities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take classes regularly on safety, time management, and product improvement.
