This person accepted the service call and then refused to show up. Completely and totally unacceptable, and very very unprofessional.

sorry Mr. Perrin we can't send a technician over to your premise without your presence. The tech noted you are out of town, sending someone to your premise and giving them your security code to gain access to your premise is wrong and risky. when you get back from yur trip, please notify us and we will send a tech out. thank you.
