FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for packages ! I am also available to lead Special Occasion practices (Wedding Day Asana, Morning After Detox, ect).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session will include how you are feeling about your practice. What do you want to improve? Where do you want your practice to take you? Do you want to master headstand or be able to touch your toes? We'll talk about any road blocks you've experienced and any concerns you have about your physical well being. Every single one of my session is carefully crafted specifically for you, so feedback is very important. I ask you to be candid about how you feel and let me know if something doesn't feel right. This is a partnership and I have immense respect for all of my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am YTT 200-Hour Certified. I completed my training with YogaWorks in New York City. In my undergraduate education, I studied anatomy, pilates, dance, and voice production. I also have a thorough understanding of physical therapy exercises.
