Introduction
DKM Home Solutions is your one stop shop for all of your home improvement/repair needs. Our team consists of 3 talented and experienced professionals: Douglas, Kevin and Melissa. We have built our business on referrals and customer loyalty and we do our best to exceed our customers' expectations during each appointment. Our services include: home repair/maintenance; painting; appliance installation; computer/electronics diagnostic/repair/installation; furniture repair/restoration; document editing; graphic design; home theater installation and much more!
Doug and Kevin handle the majority of our handyman/carpentry services. The 2 of them have a combined experience of 40+yrs in home repair, maintenance and carpentry. I coordinate our appointments, prepare proposals/invoices, and occassionally assist with projects. For complex or in depth projects I will meet with you, personally, and outline an action plan to provide you with the highest level of customer service. our goal is to exceed your expectations so you become our biggest fan and help us to continue to build upon your loyalty. For each project I will provide to you a written estimate/invoice outlining our scope of work. My expertise is in design, painting, and business management. I have 18 years of experience in the real estate industry & excelled in sales, negotiation and marketing. Making customers happy and building a solid reputation has always been my priority.
