- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will break furniture and other items down to help us fit more in my trailer to save you money. I charge based upon how full my trailer is after items are broken down
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an idea of their goal in a detailed phone conversation or in person once I arrive at the site. I then like to send several bids giving them a few options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had too much stuff and know how much it means when you are finally able to get rid of it. I can relate, because of the education of life.
