Hans from Grout Medic of Decatur came out to fix some broken tiles in my shower. The job he did was immaculate! My shower looks brand new again, perfect tile placing and the grout was a perfect match. Will definitely be hiring them again for any future tile jobs.

We had a great experience with Grout medic. After noticing some cracks in the tiles on our shower floor, we knew we had the get the situation assessed. Fisayo gave us a free assessment and quote, clearly explaining what needed to be done and why. It was determined that we needed to replace our med bed and the tiles on our shower floor. Fisayo told us exactly what kind of tiles would work best and recommended some vendors. After we received the tiles, his technician did great, efficient work for us over two days removing the current mud bed and tiles and replacing them. Fisayo called us both days after the technician left to make sure we were happy with the work being done, and he came by after the job was completed to make sure the work was up to Grout Medic’s standards. Not only was the work great, Fisayo was extremely easy to communicate with. He accommodated changing schedules and was happy to answer all of our questions. We will definitely be using Grout Medic again!

We contracted with Grout Medic to replace broken travertine tiles in foyer as well as sand and seal existing grout. To say we were pleased with the results would be an understatement. After agreeing to hire the timeframe to do the work was almost immediately. Very professional. Arrived on time and communicated well with the homeowners. The foyer looks like new and the price was reasonable. You can't go wrong with Grout Medic of Decatur!

I contacted the Grout Medic of Decatur on Thumbtack, looking for someone to get my bathroom shower areas x 3 look clean and nice. The owner was very responsive, he asked for photos and reached out to me the next morning to patiently discuss his services and what I might need. He got me scheduled, his technician Brian showed up on time and was very polite and respectful. They both worked on my bathrooms for about 6-7 hrs and left me a very happy customer!! My showers were steam cleaned, grout cleaned, replaced if needed, sealed and colored. The areas needing caulk were also re-caulked as needed. This was a great investment, money well spent!!
