From the moment I called, their customer service was outstanding. They quickly understood the urgency of my situation and arranged for a team to arrive the same day to provide an assessment and reasonable quote. Rob (the owner) was punctual, well-prepared, and incredibly knowledgeable. They thoroughly assessed the damage, explained the restoration process in detail, and answered all my questions patiently and clearly. I had three additional quotes, two of which came in slightly lower ($100-$215). Still, I went with ASAP Water & Flood Restoration because of their punctuality, knowledge, and continuous communication. We had a water damage issue at our old home which is now a rental property. I reached out to a couple contractors who never replied, I then reached out to ASAP through thumbtack and Robert responded very quickly, was out at the property the next day, was very communicative and responsive to questions and provided great insight to what could be the problem. Within a week, the property was repaired and in great working order. What was most impressive is that they worked with our tenants schedule around the holidays and even had someone out there wrapping up the project on New Years Day. I would recommend ASAP Water and Flood Restoration and very much appreciate their work and how easy they made it on us. Also, the insurance side was seamless, as they use a tool that insurance companies use for estimation. Thank you Robert and the team at ASAP!!

They did a free evaluation which they came over to look at some possible mold which my kids dumped excessive amount of water on the carpet. I did a bit of self work drying out as much as possible and spraying hydrogen peroxide. They said whatever I did most likely resolved it. They sprayed some solution to help treat for precaution. They came very quick on a Labor Day holiday so they were very helpful on a really tough day.
