I called Josh and he responded to me within an hour of my call. He was here a few hours later. He and Kevin were professional, courteous, friendly and communicative in assessing the issue and what was needed to repair the problem, He answered all my questions without making me feel rushed to make the decision to replace the defective blower motor. He made recommendations of what my unit / system is in need of in the near future without the pressure of hiring to do so. His trustworthiness is enough for me to consider him for that work and I highly recommend him. Don't hesitate to call.

Josh and Kevin were punctual, responsive and experts. My HVAC system needed a diagnostic check due to inconsistent cooling issues. Sent a request, got an immediate call back and Bosh solutions were at my door in less than 1 hr. Josh recommended inspection, maintenance cleaning (soiled condenser) and 1 lb of refrigerant. The job was completed in less than 2 hrs with significant improvement in cooling and super heat. Answered every question I had and put everything in layman terms. They were transparent about the costs upfront which was fair and reasonable. I am very pleased. 10/10 services and two thumbs up. Thank you!
