I had an on- going problem with my gas oven that I had paid to have fixed but turns out it didn’t get fixed. Mr. Appliance came out, arrived on time, and was able to determine the problem since they actually moved the gas oven out to take the back panel off and perform tests (the other company didn’t do that). Parts had to be ordered and they arrived via FEDEX the next day and repair were completed. Has worked great ever since. They even re-leveled the legs so the oven did t tilt in one direction (making lopsided cakes). Was very happy with the efficiency and professionalism.

Mr. Appliance provided professional service, appeared promptly and provided honest recommendations for how to fix an issue with my refrigerator. My technician, Alain, was very knowledgeable and patient in trying to explain the issues to me. We would definitely recommend this company and will be calling them again for our appliance repair needs.

Absolutely wonderful! I was tired of the complete run around dealing with the warranty people from Lowes as they haven't been able to send anyone out for 3 whole weeks (safe to say I am never going to deal with them again in the future). With Mr Appliance I was able to call and have someone sent out the next day to take a look at my dryer. My technician was Alain, and he was absolutely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to repair what was needed efficiently and effectively. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend

Mr. Appliance charges by the job instead of by the hour and provide an accurate quote before we begin any work. If you choose not to have the repair done, you will only pay our diagnostic fee.

We will never attempt to diagnose your appliance problem over the phone; that is because we want our quote to be based on facts not speculation. We will show and diagnose the problem and give you an exact quote for the job.

We work on all makes and models of appliances. We also have several different options of training programs that our service professionals can access to keep their education up-to-speed.
