When I needed a new computer, Mike helped me pick out the one that would serve my personal needs. Then when the computer arrived, Mike came over and installed it for me. He also took the time to show me all of the new services that Windows 7 provided. He was very patient, and sometimes he had to explain something to me twice, as I wasn't understanding it the first time. Anyone else might not have had such patience with me. Also, whenever I have a problem, or concern, I can call Mike, and he will call back within a matter of a few minutes, to half an hour. I can always count on him. Sometimes he will come over, and other times he can explain things to me over the phone. He is definitely my go to guy when it comes to computers. I trust him implesidly. He certainly knows his way around computers and other technical devices. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. And...his prices are reasonable. Plus, he is an all around nice person.

Mike is my go to guy for any computer problems. I have used MIke's services three times and all three times he has been timely in his response, came to our house on time and completed the job. He is so nice and he knows his computers. His prices are super reasonable. After using Geek Squad twice before and having them mess up my computer, all I trust now is Mike and his company WebTek. He even helped me reconnect my son's video game controll box after I mistakenly pulled it out of the receiver. WebTek is a wonderful computer company. He has helped me buy computers, fix old ones and suggest/bring new software.

We had a great experience working with WebTek. Michael designed a new website for us that we were desperately in need of and it turned out great! He was very professional, personable, responsive and easy to work with, and his services are reasonably priced. The work flow was nice, we could meet online and navigate through the work by using screen sharing. Happy with the end product of stage 1, still a few minor kinks to work out that have been out there for some time, and will be moving onto stage 2. Fair pricing.

Anyone can design a website, build you a network, or offer project planning assistance. You'll want to make sure that whoever helps protect your business and your brand is there for the long haul.
