They did a great job repairing our fridge! They sent someone out as soon as possible (within 24 hours) and found that our compressor needed to be replaced. They acquired the part and did the repair very quickly 2 days later; in under an hour, in fact! Super thorough and kind communication throughout and very clear about pricing; no surprises, no pressure or upselling. I would definitely work with them again for this or other major appliances!

Ivan came to look at our fridge and identified the issue very quickly. Provided us with options and answered all our questions. Ultimately we chose to buy a new fridge because ours was old but I would have felt fully comfortable going with Ivan’s repair and the quote was reasonable. I booked a service call for the following morning and was impressed with the quick follow up to confirm the appointment. Ivan arrived during the estimated time. He took extra pains to evaluate both my washer and dryer in action to determine what was making all the noise. He was able to address the issue during the service call and provide an experienced perspective on the overall health of the two appliances.
