What types of customers have you worked with?
As A General Contractor, we are licensed to do all phases of construction, including Residential, Commercial and Light Industrial Projects. With over 35 years in construction field, and over 20 years as project superintendant, have completed hundreds of projects of every type. We do specialize in new homes, additions and remodel projects, but also commercial buildings and remodels and tenant improvements, for our commercial clients. Sparks Construction also sells and erects Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings for all types of use. We are A dealer for Capital Steel Buildings and can supply and erect A building for any and all structure requirements.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Provide best set of plans and/or specificatios as possible to be sure to get most complete price to help control cost overruns. Check references,licenses,insurances and bonding.
