FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! As an artist I am continually growing and evolving. I regularly participate in industry workshops, read books and magazines on art and photography, and I am an active member of several photography forums as well. Technology changes quickly so I believe it is imperative to participate in continuing education. It is also exciting to push the boundaries and learn new ways of doing things.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My favorite images showcase connections and true emotion and reveal the subject's unique personality. I love shooting children, families and couples. Many of my sessions focus on families, but I also love to photograph weddings. Those once-in-a-lifetime-moments just make my heart sing. Weddings provide a unique set of challenges and opportunities and I thrive on that. Being prepared for the unexpected and pushing myself to find beautiful ways to capture each unique event is something I adore.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take the time to review the style of your photographer and ask questions about how they work. In order to have the best experience possible, you want to be comfortable spending time with that person and know exactly what you'll be getting. I encourage my clients to browse my website and Facebook page and ask questions or chat with me prior to our session, so we have clear expectations before we shoot.
