- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very simple. We put ourselves in the place of our customers, as we are consumers too. We don't bother to charge for snow days, late calls, last minute changes, etc. Simple is better.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a knack for dealing with animals since a little kid. My adult job was to work as an administrator for the government, which has provided me with a good business sense on how to run a business, responsibly. When retirement loomed, I already have 10 years of experience in volunteering at a Homeless Dog and Cat shelter, and doing pet sitting for another company for 4 years. Starting my own pet sitting business was a no brainer, as a second career. I have not regretted it and haven't looked back!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We will do absolutely anything a client needs done while they are away.
