FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As Mike Duo, we strive to offer competitive and fair pricing for our writing services. Our pricing usually depends on the complexity, length, and urgency of the project. Here are some key points you should know about our pricing: 1. Project-Based Pricing: Each project is unique, so we typically provide a bespoke quote after understanding your specific needs and requirements. 2. Discounts: We offer discounts for large projects or long-term contracts. If you're a returning customer, we also have special offers to thank you for your loyalty. 3. Urgency Fees: If a project is required on a very short notice or over a weekend, additional fees may apply due to the extra effort required. 4. Revisions: The initial quote includes a set number of revisions. Any additional revisions may incur extra charges. 5. Consultation: Initial consultation is free where we discuss your project and understand your needs. 6. Payment: We accept various forms of payment including check via mobile text message, Zelle, and online payment platforms like PayPal, Cash App or Venmo. A deposit might be required for larger projects. We believe in transparency, so all potential costs will be discussed upfront. No hidden fees. We're here to provide value and help you succeed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer involves a number of steps designed to ensure we fully understand their needs and can deliver a high-quality service. Here's our typical process: 1. **Initial Consultation**: This could be through a phone call, video call, or email exchange. In this stage, we discuss the client's needs, objectives, and expectations from the project. It's also a chance for the client to ask any questions they have about our services. 2. **Proposal**: Based on the initial consultation, we prepare a proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and cost. This document also includes details about the services we will provide and the results the client can expect. 3. **Agreement & Deposit**: Once the proposal is agreed upon, we'll send a detailed contract for the client to sign. We may also require a deposit before we begin work, depending on the size of the project. 4. **Research & Planning**: We'll then conduct any necessary research and create a detailed plan for the project. This could include a content outline, a schedule for delivery, and any other relevant details. 5. **Execution**: This is where we get down to work. We'll create the content according to the plan, while keeping in constant communication with the client to ensure they're satisfied with the direction we're taking. 6. **Review & Revisions**: Once the first draft is ready, we'll send it to the client for review. The client can then request any changes or revisions they'd like. We'll make those changes and this process continues until the client is satisfied. 7. **Final Delivery & Payment**: When the client is happy with the final product, we'll deliver it in their preferred format. The final payment is then due, as per the terms outlined in our agreement. 8. **Follow Up**: After the project is completed, we'll follow up with the client to ensure they're happy with the work and to discuss any potential future projects. We value building long-term relationships with our clients.
