I am a recently retired veteran with limited mobility and Max Services came to me to fix my computer. Max went above and beyond what I hired him to do. Not only did he fix what I wanted the next day, he proactively offered an alternative to insure my computer needs for several years to come at no additional cost to myself, but an additional trip for him. Would recommend in a heart beat to everyone.

How do I convey Max’s customer service in just a review. Hmmm, well for starters he is true to his word with his response time. He WILL get back to you within 1-2 hours. Which IMO is crazy since you can ask him anything, (with serious inquiries) and he will help and guide you through anything. When I inquired about my situation, he was quick to message me back, and help me over text message. Once my lack of tech savviness came to light, he called me and guided me step by step in a Morgan freeman fashion (great voice) on how to do everything. He explained things in a way I could understand, and work with him. After he told me my PC was missing parts, and had explanations for each part, he offered to build me a PC AND DROP IT OFF at my house! Against my better judgment I went with that option. I trusted a stranger to build me a PC and come to my house…and I’m glad I did. Max built me the best PC I could imagine; and when he came over, he was not a weirdo, not awkward, and not rude. This man has top tier customer service and work. I’m going to ask him to be my best man at my wedding.
