- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our clients should know that we have competitive prices in the market, which allows us to give the best quality in materials. We strive to give you the best! We like to be upfront and transparent, we talk about pricing early in the sales process, discuss value and pricing in parallel and if for any reason we cannot give precise pricing information, we are prepared to provide at least a rough estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are hands on! From the moment we get a message, we set up an appointment for a free quote. We like to get acquainted! We prefer to get all of your information early on in the process so we can send out your quote to you as soon as we have it ready, this allows us to build a profile for you and have it ready without the hassle later on. CRS then sends out our project manager to look at and review the area we will be working on, not all areas are the same and require different processes. Once Quote is sent out you must approve the project and details, pricing and details are typically a part of your estimate and get transferred onto your Invoice if approved. And just like that you become part of our Work Family!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all different types of clients, from Commercial work to Residential work. At Construction Rental and Services we like to be flexible and work on a variety of projects.
