The man sent his roofer out to look the job, and he went up on the roof and said, here's your problem, nails backing out of shingles, he nailed them back down sealed em and was down and said that should fix ur problem. He did that at no charge. We need more people like that in this world. If I have another problem I will be calling him for sure. Thank you.

The team - Josh, Wayne, and April - was amazing! I worked with them, from a completely remote basis, on re-modeling my grandmother's house in Vidor, TX after it was flooded from T. S. Imelda that hit in Sept. 2019. Once completed, it was one of the fastest houses in the area that sold once listed and sold for a price higher than it would have sold prior to flooding. This speaks to the quality of the work. It took a little longer than I was expecting, about 9 months vs. 6 months, but additional work was done to get the house ready to sale and worth it! Josh manages the financial, administrative side to say the least, Wayne manages the re-model, day-to-day work on the house, and ensuring work is progressing with quality and timeliness, and April helps with all the interior design, from paint, flooring and tile to fixtures and appliances. Lastly, they all work together and keep the communication, pictures and updates timely. This is a much overdue review. Thank you!!!
