- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are all inclusive of labor, tax, disposal fees, equipment fees, fuel, etc. we don’t give hidden charges such as cc fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure to communicate effectively by listening to their needs and what goal they would like to achieve with our services as well as staying within a budget as best as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in construction, demolition, mold, water, and fire mitigation and restoration. We have multiple equipment operators for Skid Steers and mini excavators.
