Betty and her team were life savers! We don’t typically hire outside help, but with two young boys and a hectic schedule it can be hard to keep up with house cleaning. They were very friendly, and did a thorough job getting our home back into shape leaving the space more breathable, refreshing, and peaceful. They even helped us take care of an additional bathroom that experienced water damage from a big storm that passed through. I definitely will be working with them again in the future and encourage anyone to give them a go!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself, and get to know the customer. For instance, I’ll ask them what they are looking for, is there a preference on cleaning chemicals ect. I like to make them feel comfortable to ask me questions. I work with all my heart and what’s most important for me is that my customers are pleased and satisfied with my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I was young lady, I loved cleaning because I had a large family, and I would always help my mother as she also did housekeeping work. I love cleaning and helping others. So, I took into taking this gift and working. They say you will never work a day in your life, If you love what you do. And I love to clean.
