Patriot Appliance is THE BEST. He educated us on our unit and found out that we need a 3.5 instead of 2.5. We been in our house since 2003 and have had numerous techs come out but NONE of them are even close to Patriot. He’s not about the money. He genuinely cares about his customers.

Won’t be looking for any other HVAC tech again! Paul is our guy and should be your guy. Paul did an incredible job for us. We were getting landscaping work done and needed to remove the compressor outside. He came by and gave us a quote and moved it same day. Which allowed our contractor to get started asap. We also asked him to move the unit further down our yard so we had more space. He told us exactly what to tell our contractor so we had the space available and gave us a great quote for that. As you can imagine it was hot outside and when the landscaping was done we were eager to get the A/C back on-line and which he understood. He came in the evening and got us back online asap even tho it was after hours because he didn’t want us to struggle in the heat any longer. We asked and he delivered. I hope you choose Paul - he’s the guy for you.

Thank you, Paul.When Paul repaired my freezer, he took time to explain the problem to me, outbid the competitor (by more than 2K), and then came back to make sure the job was done right, and that I was taken care of.
