I live in California & my aunt lives in Spring, Texas. Her home needs to repair the sunken & leveling the concrete. Through Thumbtack, I found a couple contractors. But Marks was the first person responding to me within half an hour. The next morning, he came for an estimate with his transparent quote, explaining in details for the whole project, and his professionalism. I believe that I found the right contractor. Yes, his team did a completed, and an excellent job at driveway, sidewalk, and around my aunt home. She is very happy with it. Will defininely hire him again for the future needs. Mark Steve and his crew did an excellent job of repairing and replacing bricks as well as repairing cracks in concrete and mortar. I recently had foundation repairs done and, while some areas improved with the house lift, other areas had cosmetic damage that needed repair. I used the Thumbtack website and attached pictures of the damaged areas. Mark was quick to respond and asked if I had any extra bricks, which I did, so we did not have to worry about matching. He gave me a quote over the phone which I accepted. Mark communicates well and he and his crew showed up when expected. They did a very professional job and even repaired some cracked areas that I had not noticed, without going over the original quoted amount. They went above and beyond to make it all look as good as new. They also did a thorough clean up job. I was so pleased with the job and the ease of getting it done correctly that I have already scheduled another job with Mark to put an epoxy coating on the floor of my garage. I definitely recommend Mark’s Masonry and Construction.
