I have been waiting to get work that I already paid for and my previous contractor ghosted me. So glad I found 448 developments when I did, they got my full house remodel including plumbing and electric done in less than 2 months and almost 40% less than my previous quote. Something which my previous contractor said would take 4 months minimum. Anyways I definitely recommend 448 Developments & will be calling Ro for any future jobs I have!

Hi Toni, my partner was at the property 15 minutes before our appointment & he waited 30-40 minutes but no one was there at the property for him to go inside.
