I mistakenly bought a door with a 2x4 jamb instead of the 2x6. David didn’t skip a beat to go get material he needed and was still able to get the door installed the same day. Excellent service, will be using again on future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Installation prices vary, but very reasonable. Product can also drive up the price (ex. a $300 stock Home Depot door vs. a $2500 custom wood door) so I work with the customer to get the best product at the best price. I typically offer a multi-door discount as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I determine how extensive the project will be, as well as find out how much help the customer will need with product selection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an OSHA 10 course and am lead certified. I’ve worked around construction my whole life, specifically doors since I was 15.
