- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts for bulk jobs (such as drafting estate plans for a couple, setting up two LLCs, mediating a multiple party settlement agreement, or a multi-document deal). Initial consult time is free if you sign up with us for the job, or if its determined you don't actually require my service--we will tell you if you can get by without us. ATTN: Prices have increased due to inflation. Prices are by the hour for most jobs, and different jobs may have different prices (generally $295/hr and up). I delegate work to my non-legal staff as possible to keep costs down, as staff rates are $95/hr and up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're 100% remote and mobile in this pandemic, so every case starts out with an email, txt or phone conversation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Traditional law school and private legal practice experience.
