Need permit drawings stamped? Need windstorm inspection? I can help you get out of trouble, or stay out of trouble, keeping your house, house sale or budget in good shape.
Initial consultations are relatively inexpensive, $175 for the first hour, including travel, usually this hour or so can solve your problems or outline the further effort and cost for the project, at $95 per hour or price quoted in advance. If I can't help you out, I don't charge.
