Saul is very helpful and fast to respond. As for my case he went to fix a possible leak on our HVAC unit. Right now we're on the first process of tapping of enough refrigerant and to wait for at least a week or two so that he can see the leak better. Since the unit is low in refrigerant to detect the leak. As of now the unit is blowing cool air and I believe in his judgement that there is a leak somewhere in the HVAC system. Hope we find it the next time when he return. Highly recommended.

Hired Saul for on and off AC, made time to come earlier since he knew was in need and addressed the problem immediately, by clearing the blockage that was causing the intermittent issues
What sets him apart is his professionalism. Unfortunately, the clearance of the drain cause downstream blockage in the plumbing. He stood by his work and came back twice to help address the issue. Each time he spent at least an hour to do the most detailed work he could. He went out of his way to clean any mess that was made. All of these things he could have had some resistance doing but he offered to take care of everything and spent at least 3 additional hours helping us with no additional charge something he could have left us to deal with.
This is someone I trust because he stands by his work and the happiness of his customers regardless of the cost to himself. He went out of his way to buy solvent for us as well as a drain auger to address our plumbing (mind you he was hired for the AC). In a field where trust may be difficult, his work and commitment to his customers is invaluable. I will recommend him to whoever needs help with an AC because I think you can find a quality AC technician anywhere, you can’t find someone this professional at this value anywhere else

We received impeccable service from this company. Saul is very thorough and professional. Everything that needs to be done was explained, and he provided pictures to support. Although the work is not complete, Saul got the AC to come on so we could get some relief. Hallelujah!
