Customers be aware! Someone named Ian, or Alan is a scammer who does fraud, he came to fix my dishwasher and he made it work, but there was no water coming in. I suspected something was going on, after he left I cross checked everything and I found out that there is a plug for the water motor unplugged. I took it with good Intention and I fixed it my self, and the dishwasher was working fine for a while. After a couple of washes I had the same problem, no electricity in the dishwasher I tried to fix it and I wasn’t able to, so i had contact him again. He came back and made it work for a second. The funny part is that he got surprised when he found out I put the plugs back in place and he asked me “who fixed it for you?!”. As he was aware of the problem that he created saying that the Circuit board was the problem both times during his visit. To end all of my problems I ended up hiring another repairing company they came in and they assured everything that I suspected about this guy. Please be aware of this guy, he will unplug wires and blame it on other parts of the machine not working. Alan or Ian is a scammer! Never fall for his tricks…
